Run claude code using remote control

The connector step is on your side, in claude.ai, about a minute:
- Customize → Connectors → Add custom connector (on Pro/Max; on Team it's Organization settings → Connectors and only an owner can).
- URL:
https://spiffydesign.com/api/v4/mcp— leave Advanced settings empty; DCR is advertised, so there's no client ID to paste. - Click Add, then Connect. GitLab's login/authorize page opens; approve it.
- In this chat, the + button → Connectors → toggle it on. Connectors are per-conversation, so it's off until you flip it.
Then say so here and I'll load its tools and run tools/list — that's the moment we find out whether GitLab's MCP can actually read a file, which is the one question nobody has answered yet. If it can't, SPI-578 becomes the FastMCP build on .9, and the connector step is the same four clicks against that URL instead.
One thing from Codey's message: it's "waiting on the mapping table," but the block ruling went on 577 at 16:57 — Box per-part, Background into the composite, Typography to the registry names, Cell as container entries, the name rule for everything else. Tell it to read that comment and post the table with the proposed-key column filled; the key-by-key rulings it's asking for are already decided by block.
